deleted cluster node still shows up in my gui

My 2 pennies thoughts: I think it's better to have an answer on an old topic actually. We don't lose the history and all the things tried, the good and bad ideas, the one working, the ones not working. It's creating coherence, and a more complete reference on a problem. New ones should be...

    proxmox 7.0 sdn beta test

Simply that... I'm really a proxmo newb33 ! Indeed, a process was up for that VM on 2 nodes ! FYI, it was related and solved the instabilities in my SDN network vxlan_temp1. Thanks a lot for your help ! PS: all the interfaces should have been seen in logs mith migrating problems, no ...

    proxmox 7.0 sdn beta test

Hi @spirit, Down below the outputs of the command you asked, but the problem got solved when, indeed, I renewed the MAC address of my VM connected to vxlan_temp1 (which I already did last week !). The question is : how could it get duplicated again ? => As far as I remember, I've been playing...

    proxmox 7.0 sdn beta test

Hi @spirit Thanks for your support. I really don't know what to think anymore :) It changed again. To rephrase it shortly : My VM (gateway) is on node1, and I get logs (on node3 this time, but there's randomness in this), saying one of the MAC of my VM (that is changing too, but rarely) is...

    proxmox 7.0 sdn beta test

Yes, my firewall is a vm plugged on a multiple vxlan vnet. I re-applied cluster wide the SDN conf, it worked very well almost all day, but not anymore since a few minutes, getting the migration log lines on 2 nodes now 0_o That's extremely strange indeed, I don't remember hacking manually this...

    proxmox 7.0 sdn beta test

Look, I just deactivated the vNIC of the VM, deleted the macaddress to get a new one, OK, then re-activated => no more bad log nor weird behavior. Again, curious to understand what happenened :) And again, thanks for your help ! edit: and actually the syndrom just came back on another mac...

    proxmox 7.0 sdn beta test

I just got that the macadress is actually one of the interfaces of my main firewall, connecting the vxlan_temp1. /etc/pve/sdn/*.cfg /etc/interfaces /etc/network/interfaces.d/sdn Thanks !

    proxmox 7.0 sdn beta test

Hi guyz, Here I am having some network trouble in a VM, having and losing ping regularly from it to wherever. After re-checking all my setup and params, I dug a bit further, on the node, and found this :`` Sep 2 15:49:26 node_name kernel: [1393992.639299] vxlan_temp1: xx:xx:xx:83:0f:93...

It worked \o/ And now "apply" does work for that node too. Thanks a lot ! But... I'd like to understand where/how it got messed. An idea ?

    proxmox 7.0 sdn beta test

Hi @spirit, I've been optimistic, thinking I solved the first node SDN problem with missing firewall rules. Actually, there are unconsistency in our firewall conf, since nodes without the rules supposedly needed, get the SDN deployed locally. Seems somewhere in the doc, a colleague told me...

    proxmox 7.0 sdn beta test

Hi guyz, Glad to talk here again :) (but maybe I shouldn't?) I just integrated 2 nodes in a cluster with SDN. The first one have been a little capricious, and a reboot (or proper firewall rulez 0 : - )) deployed my SDN conf on it. The second one is still stuck on pending status, despite...

Hi, Trying to remove a subnet in SDN, with following error : delete sdn subnet object failed: cannot delete subnet '10.26.0.0/24', not empty (500) I did a great grep of the vnet it's supposed to use in /etc/pve/nodes but it seems no guest is using it. Any idea ? Edit: I deleted all entries...

    proxmox 7.0 sdn beta test

Hi @spirit ! Thank you, it works. Sorry for that non-sense of mine, I indeed put a VLAN ID in the VM NIC options, and it's actually not forbidden. Could you help too about the right value of MTU. Our service provider VLAN accept 9000, should I reduce it in the zone params or somewhere else ...

    proxmox 7.0 sdn beta test

Hello, Not sure if I'm supposed to push my specific problem here or create a new topic ? Let's go, I guess you'll tell me or move it if it's not appropriate. Last week, I was playing successfully with 2 clusters and SDN vxlan, with vnet non-vlan-aware, and subnets (let's assume I've been...
