I can confirm, that after the latest update smartmontools:amd64 (7.4-pve1, 7.5-pve2) this issue is resolved for me.

This is a known bug in smartmontools version 7.4 shipped with PVE 9. You can either build and update it from source yourself (https://github.com/smartmontools/smartmontools/tree/main) or wait for a newer version to be released in the official...
