After increasing the iodepth to 16 I get these results:
fio -ioengine=rbd -name=test -bs=1M -iodepth=16 -rw=randwrite...
But how does this have impact on my actual problem, because according to the documentation (https://proxmox.com/en/downloads/item/proxmox-ve-ceph-benchmark-2020-09) the rados benchmark seems to be very good for a 10GBIT Network
