iSCSI problem
I think problem is in kernel. I reproduced error in fresh install of Debian Jessie with kernel 4.2 (default kernel 3.16 works perfectly).- symonides

iSCSI problem
ProxMox is 4.1-1. I have problem with iscsi Dell MD3200i. Open iscsi starts fine, multipath is OK. I can create LVM VG and LVM.
