Hi @Darkbotic, there is a report in Debian about buggy firmware that won't boot a dual-signed shim. Maybe it's the same for your setup: https://wiki.debian.org/SecureBoot/BuggyFirmware

@MichalCirrus or @Stoiko Ivanov, could you please update the post title to mention that the issue appears after the 9.2 upgrade specifically on OVHcloud servers (and fix the typo in rEFInd)? It may help search engines find the post more easily.

Finally, after 7.0 arrived in the enterprise repos, I upgraded all hosts (after testing one) and removed the pinning of 6.14 kernel. Ceph works, no OSDs out - at least for my hardware the issue seems to be solved.
