Just solved it I gut the wrong DNS-server on the host - because before setting up the VLANs, i reconfigured my network from 192.168.1.1/24 to 10.0.10.1/24 and forgot to change it.

Thank you very much for your answers I have decided not to virtualize OPNsense, as i had other problems with it too. And since it works like a charm on bare metal i will stick with it. :)
