This was an issue with multicast. Seem to be having a problem migrating VMs as well. I can create VMs on both hosts, i can ping between them and ssh between them. But when migrating i get "migration aborted Can't connect to destination address using public key". I reinstalled both machines...

master node shows "Activity Blocked" next to "Quorum" using the pvecm status command

I tried following this guide, it was the only one i could find - https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Proxmox_VE_4.x_Cluster I got to the second node and tried to add it to the cluster, but it gets to "waiting for quorum" and then just sits there. Anyone know how to fix it? Or is that guide not valid...
