adding a CIFS strorage : unexpected status: NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED

hello guys , a few datys ago i was installing an external hard drive as a shared storage with my pve 7.1 but now it appears as offline , when i want to add it again it give me the error message unexpected status: NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED 192.168.139.215\e\PROXMOX
