I only had the problems wit kernel version proxmox-ve-2.6.32: 3.4-182 (running kernel: 2.6.32-48-pve), since I have updated to proxmox-ve-2.6.32: 3.4-184 (running kernel: 2.6.32-48-pve), the problem was gone.
