hi, I have same problem with a production server. Supermicro server with 2 ssd and 2 sta drives Dual 5620 with 48 gb ram. System works ok with pve-kernel-2.6.32-4-pve: 2.6.32-33 Processor x16 cores of course and lspci I have change to 2.6.32-4-pve for stability. Server only up for 2 days...
