(a little bit late but...) Look in your pve-ceph config /etc/pve/ceph.conf and delete the [mon.XYZ] section containing your address. Also delete your IP from the "mon_host" setting in the [globla] section above.

Running Firefox 53 on Linux/x86_64 and having the same issue. No buttons or WebUI elements can be clicked. Navigating with keybord works but is a pain... A woraround is to open a blank page in Firefox, type about:config search for dom.w3c_touch_events.enabled and change it to 0
