    Run pmgcm status. You should see the wrong IP there. If so, update the /etc/pmg/cluster.conf file and make sure that the IP is correct there. Run pmgcm sync on any already joined nodes (if there are any) to synchronise.

    I did not test this, but did you check out cloudbase.it/cloudbase-init/ ? And cloudbase.it/windows-cloud-images/ . You can try to do a search on Openstack Windows, as Openstack also uses cloudinit for bootstrapping new VMs.
