Die EFI Partition muss vorne auf die interne SSD. ZFS kannst Du für den VM Storage einrichten, wenn PVE installiert ist.

Du könntest PVE über ein Debian installieren. https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_12_Bookworm Das Debian / legst Du auf die NVME und /boot auf die interne SSD und auch grub. Nicht getestet.
