    I did end up leaving it like this. In my case it was a PCIe card with less then 5W, so I think it's not going to do any harm.

    I didn't blacklist the driver but adding pcie_aspm=off worked! The Coral TPU shows up in the guest. Thank you! ASPM seems like power management? I wouldn't even think about this. Why does it matter?
