    Not a GUI plugin as that is not possible right now (AFAIK), but a plugin exists that integrates bcachefs with Proxmox. See my thread: Bcachefs storage plugin for Proxmox VE

    That is true. ReiserFS is a cautionary tale. That isnt. bcachefs is dkms loaded, and you can use it pretty much on any Linux system. you dont actually need to use a plugin for pve either, it functions normally as a filestore.
