Thanks I've literally just figured it out, I had knocked my PiHole server cable and proxmox is routed through it so it was timing out as it couldn't connect. Thanks anyway

pretty much as above i used sudo bash -c "$(wget -qLO - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Kanga-Who/home-assistant/master/hassos_install.sh)" to install home assistant and its worked perfectly but due to some user error on my part i broke the container i was just going to run the command again...
