you can change it in this template file:
/var/lib/proxmox/templates/httpd.conf.in
make sure, that you change all 443 settings (or 80), there are 3 places.
This is not supported from proxmox and normally, after applying an servicepack these settings are lost. so use it with care.

I added servicepack 1.6 to my system yesterday but now my Greylist statistik show 0% for the period where I have 1.6 on the system, how can i enable greylisting again?,

just to be clear:
i configured my exchange to forward all to proxmox.mydomain.com (smarthost).
in my windows DNS i have now the following hosts:
proxmox-first.mydomain.com 192.168.2.100
proxmox-backup.mydomain.com 192.168.2.101
and 2 mx records:
1. proxmox.mydomain.com...
