    Error creating LVM with Storage MSA 1040

    When connecting the Proxmox using ISCSI as the Storage MSA 1040 from HP, I cannot create the LVM in Proxmox. The connection between Proxmox and storage works perfectly, only the LVM that is not created. Has anyone ever experienced this?
