Same trouble. Sometimes on vm with Windows 7 do rollback from snapshot and got: Failed to create message: Input/output error TASK ERROR: start failed: command '/usr/bin/systemd-run --scope --slice qemu --unit ... At second attempt - vm rollback fine. May be any timeouts or queues...
