Never mind, I seem to have solved my own problem. I was using virtio2: /dev/sdd1 and it was giving me problems. I changed it to virtio2: /dev/sdd and it works as needed.

I tried the following and got the drives to show up in both XP and Win 7 guest machines. My problem is one of my drives is a 2TB and it doesn't show the partitions correctly. Is there a workaround for this? I need my windows guests to see the 2TB, and there is over 1.5TB of data on it already so...
