Do you have Hyper-V enabled on your W11 VM? this is what triggers the issue for me.

kernel 5.15 fixed this for me

5.15 fixed the hang boot issue I had with windows 11 on my epyc server when using hyper-v but it's still running into 100% CPU and getting stuck after about 10 minutes from boot making it unusable. Any ideas why is that happening?
