I have been involved with TurnKey Linux since 2008 and am now lead developer. We're a small team and I am the most knowledgeable of most TurnKey aspects (especially TurnKey containers) so I also handle most support requests.
TurnKey Linux provides a library of pre-built Debian based server "software appliances". LXC templates can be downloaded directly through Proxmox - via the web UI or CLI. If you prefer a full VM (KVM) ISOs can be downloaded from our website.
I run a local Proxmox server and have a number of containers and VMs which I use for internal infrastructure, as well as TurnKey testing and support. I have been using PVE for many years (since v1.8 IIRC) but my PVE set up is pretty simple so will be the most useful for more simple Turnkey specific issues.
I try to check in here as often as I can, but sometimes forget and/or am tied up with other things. So unless I'm specifcally tagged, I can sometimes be a bit slow or even miss posts altogether So for fasted response to TurnKey related issues, please explictly tag me - or send me a DM.
Other TurnKey Linux support options:
TurnKey Hub "in app" support (for paid or free trial subscribers) - response ASAP - within one work day
email ("support@" our domain - for paid or free trial Hub subscribers) - response ASAP - within one work day
TurnKey Linux forums (new threads require user account, guests can only comment) - usual response within a day or 2 +/-
TurnKeyLinux subreddit - usual response within ~3-4 days
