Hi,
It's normal; your package comes from SID and not Trixie.
First why do you have SID configured on your PVE (it should not, and can potentially break stuff, like that) ?
Second, you should use the Trixie version.
See :
Trixie ...
This is not planned, as already mentioned in the past, a single subscription would have to start much higher to recoup cost, the current approach scales much better for all and provides an additional benefit for basic and higher.
In any case...
Hi,
Real question: why use a script when there is an official guide ?
As i can see the script does not :
Make a backup of /etc/proxmox-backup to ensure that in the worst case, any relevant configuration can be recovered
Ensure that you have at...
Hi,
Still not a paywall, since, by definition, a paywall limits a feature by paying, which is not the case with ANY proxmox software (remember "No-Subscription" Repository).
As far as I know, you don't need an enterprise license to use PDM...
That's not really an issue though since the enterprise repo get new packages only after the test and no-subscription repo. So the "paywall" doesn't actually limit you any feature or getting updates. Basically you pay by being beta tester and...
Hi,
No, but with almost every reply you nag about the PDM enterprise not included inside the PVE community subscription, which was already replied by proxmox team and will not change, so why try again and again ?
You are just trying to convince...
Hi,
Well, if you use the enterprise license, that is not the question, since you have access to enterprise PDM, and NO community license is not an enterprise license.
From my POV the community license is here to help pay for the IT...
Hi,
Promos staff have already responded to that to your post (see : https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/message-no-valid-subscriptions.177349/#post-825922).
Community subscription is for enterprise repo of pve, pbs or pmg, not PDM (which can...
Hi,
Well, bad RAM generally produces crash / reboot (application and/or whole unit) / segfault.
An OOM is more when there is not enough RAM and eventually can happen if you use a server with ECC and the server detects the faulty stick and...
Hi,
Have you followed the upgrade guide[0] ?
I personally upgraded my PBS3 to 4, 3 days ago, and it's work like a charm.

Hi,
If I'm not mistaken, there's already information in the official documentation regarding maintenance (node and ceph).
As for the UPS (with Nut, for example), since it's not part of the Proxmox core but rather a modification of the server...
Hi,
I think it's mostly depend on your exact setup, like if you have ceph or not, if you use a SAN, local storage, etc.
Example for me, I let the power cut the node. I don't try a safe shutdown.
Best regards,
Hi,
First you don't need to post the same 2 logs 2 times with different quotes (it's losses of time).
Second, it seems that you created a namespace "BKP-Pol-One-VM" inside a datastore named "BKP-Pol-One-VM" (that's why @UdoB was confused)...
