Thing is, that I do not have enough space on the server to do the whole backup, therefore I can't do the backup on the machine itself. ( Not sure if that makes sense ). I thought on just taking the img's and then upload them to the new system, but i'm not 100% confident that will work.

There is p1, it is impossible for me to use it as storage or use its space at all. Whenever I try to use it, the system says its mounted or busy by the system.
