I think your problem is that you stop 3rd node first. I would stop all 3 nodes after all vms are in stopped state.

Your setup will depend on you needs in IOPs, latency and capacity. Please do not try to mix 10G and 1G. Even with multipath - i don't think you know how much troubles and hours you will get with such a setup. Invest some money in a 2nd 10G nic.

Laufen da noch andere VMs drauf außer den Windows VMs? Ich denke da mal an RAM Problem wenn das bei allen VMs gleichzeitig aufgetreten ist. Alternativ könnte das auch ein Windows Update sein. Hätte bei mir jedoch mit Windows 2022 dieses Verhalten nicht feststellen können.

Why not using a NetApp as storage? If you buy a AFF you get a 3:1 guarantee. Depending on you needs you can use SSDs or SAS disks or maybe NL-SAS. If you need a quote i can help you. 70TB does not sounds a lot. I would need 2 rackunits for this.
