Wir hatten das Problem ebenfalls. Umstellung auf x86-64-v2-AES hat alleine nicht geholfen. Wir mussten auch das TPM Device entfernen. Einige Einstellungen am RDP haben wir auch verändert, aber der Knackpunkt war das TPM Device.
