I thought about CEPH, but I forgot to mention that I use hardware RAID.
As for Redhat, I would have to adapt to the new virtualizer, I got used to Proxmox and its friendly interface. :)

I followed the tutorial, but it does not teach how to run the image. So, I found other tutorials on the internet:
The first one tells me to put the image in the "/dev/mapper" folder.
The second tells me to put the image in the "/dev/pve" folder.
I tested both folders...
VMDK Image is standard VMware, right?
If I upload this image on PROXMOX will there be any incompatibilities or will it degrade machine performance?
