Solved!! Worked with Meraki support and they had to do an option change on the backend of the switch. There seems to be an issue that the Proxmox (and other equipment like fortigate) are not sending (or are sending) some kind of priority information in the lacp packets that the meraki does not...

I am also having this issue..
