VLAN trunk to guest

When i create a new interface, i only used it with vlan tags. (One VLAN, one interface) If i let the fileld "vlan trunk" blank, it is becomes a trunk?

Dear Community I want to use tagged VLANs in my guest VM to directly add and remove VLANs in my pfSense. Is this possible, to create a trunk? The current configuration looks like the following: auto lo iface lo inet loopback auto enp3s0 iface enp3s0 inet static address...
