Has anyone got any ideas? I've tried nothin and I'm all outta ideas. Was swapping the motherboard and CPU a bad idea? What does the '-f' in zpool import -f RAID do? I found another link for a related problem but unsure on whether running those commands would break something.

Have you tried a different USB port or a different USB? They would be my first go-to. Sorry if this suggestion sounds stupid.
