Nevermind, doing the install I ran into the appropriate terminology (nested KVM), and managed to get it to work. Running a HA/Ceph cluster with 3 VMs now, and having VMs in the that indeed are HA. Pretty cool.

I'm new to proxmox, always used Xenserver, but with the 7.3 limitations I decided to move away. I have a running Xenserver cluster, and before I migrate all over, I want to familiarize myself a bit with proxmox, how to set up a cluster, Ceph setup etc. It may be an obvious answer to most of you...
