May you give us more details? what did to get the logs above? Can you also post the VM config `qm config <VMID>` and the output of pveversion -v?

It seems crush on network traffice happens or iops happens. I changed a lot of differents vm configs and several older virtio drivers and no effect...

Yes,win2012 is running well in my PVE. Is there any easy way for me to run win2008R2? I don't want to rebuild my PVE.
