VMDK Image is standard VMware, right?

If I upload this image on PROXMOX will there be any incompatibilities or will it degrade machine performance?

Thanks

Thanks for helping me.

I followed the tutorial, but it does not teach how to run the image. So, I found other tutorials on the internet:
The first one tells me to put the image in the "/dev/mapper" folder.
The second tells me to put the image in the "/dev/pve" folder.

I tested both folders and the VM worked correctly in both situations.

HELP: I do not understand what is the correct folder to put the qcow2/raw image. What is the correct folder or the correct way to run the image?

Thank you very much for your attention.
