Hi,
you seem to miss the gateway configuration for the VM. Please make sure to set it to the correct IP and that you can ping the gateway.

I tried to enter the gateway, but it still doesn't work.. from proxmox shell ping correctly

Please share also you Proxmox VE hosts network configuration cat /etc/network/interfaces. Is the route already applied within the container? Please share the output of ip route from within the container.

Further, apart from the networking issues with the default gateway not being reachable, for DNS name resolution to work, you will have to configure a DNS server within the container.

Here it is... I also did some tests seen on the wiki

You don't need NAT rules when you are in the same subnet, all the hosts in 192.168.0.0/24 are able to talk to each other without the masquerading.

I also tried with clean configuration but it still doesn't work

Any firewall rules which might interfere with the traffic? What does ip neigh tell for the PVE host and for the container?

Edit: Maybe you have a conflicting mac address? Try to not explicitly setting it for the container...
