Upgrade from 7.3-3 to late release of 7.3-x

It possible upgrade from 7.3-3 to late release of 7.3-x? Because for now - it upgrade only to 7.4-3
I have in sources.list this
deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve bullseye pve-no-subscription

directly is not possible, you have to use Proxmox Offline Mirror to upgrade to a specific version.

New bugs and stability. I don't see any super-puper feature in new release for me.

Security patches are still useful like the new kernel rolled out yesterday that fixed CVE-2023-32233.
