Two stand alone nodes with different tree view

I have two separated nodes, none of them in cluster but in one, there is a folder "Node" and the other one doesn't. Why they are different ???

You are on different views. The top one is the 'Folder View' and the second one is the 'Server View'. Just change then im the dropdown-menu right under the Proxmox logo.
