Start stop VM depend number of node available

Hello,

I build for my home server a cluster with 3 nodes.
I would like to have always on the same node VM101 VM102 and VM200.
For the other node available il would like to have VM201 and VM202 and for the 3rd VM203 VM204.
If node 2 or 3 falls. Nothing change.
If node 1 falls number 2 stop VM201 and VM202 then start VM101 VM102 and VM200.
Same if node 1 and 2 fall, goto the node3

How l can do that?

I precise it's on my home server and I don't use it in production.

Just with hookscript and API.
