Snapshot / backup process hangs, no error.

Hello, I am attempting to perform a snapshot and I don't receive an error but the snapshot does not complete, it seems to hang. Same for the backup, no error just hangs. This is a screenshot of what I see for a snapshot. Hoping to receive some guidance, thanks in advance!

At the very least you need to provide VM config, Storage config, Storage status, Logs +-3 minutes from snapshot start to failure. Description of your hardware, especially storage. There may be more required based on the context of the previous list.

Highly recommended to do so in text format, using CODE tags and attachment for larger text files. Not screenshots.
