[SOLVED] Runing VM on different versions of Proxmox

Are there any negative consequences for the VM when moving and running VM to Proxmox older version and returning it back (5.1 and 4.1 or older)?

Hi,

Yes it will probably crash if you migrate online from new to old.
And there are may be other unknown behaviors, we do not test this setup.

I mean not online, temporary moving of VM to reserve host. For example, if main host fails and VM temporarily moving to another host with older Proxmox. Theoretical qestion.
