I have a brand new cluster made with 2 HP DL380p Gen8 and a HP MSA P2000 SAN with FCG3 (fibre channel) controller.

I've installed proxmox V3.3 on both, without problem, then make test partition, vdisk, volume and mapping and so on, on the SAN.

first problem appear when detecting brocade fibre channel HBA provided with DL380p. there where no firmware for that
bfa : firmware not found cbfw-3.2.1.1.bin

regarding some post on redhat forums, I've got it from : https://github.com/TI-OpenLink/firmwares/blob/master/cbfw-3.2.1.1.bin
Code:
wget 'https://github.com/TI-OpenLink/firmwares/blob/master/cbfw-3.2.1.1.bin?raw=true' -O /lib/firmware/cbfw-3.2.1.1.bin
and then, rebuild initrd.

then I have had a few hours of torture searching for howto, finally succedeed with these wiki pages
http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Two-Node_High_Availability_Cluster

of course things get blurred by a non efficient fence_ilo. all my test discarded all fence_ilo{,2.3.4}
only "fence_ilo_mp" worked for me with (and only with) -x options (secure="1" in cluster.conf)

http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Fencing
however Fencing wiki page need an add for fence_ilo. fence_ilo* need indications for wich one to use on with hardware (if you have recommendations please give them with a reply)

there may be some explanations, I personally don't have, but if someone search for it, I hope (s)he'll find from this post.
cluster installation is a really picky process, every adjustment must be verified, it is not intuitive, but once done it runs well.
NOTE: make a special attention to syntax for /etc/pve/cluster.conf
use
Code:
ccs_config_validate -l /etc/pve/cluster.conf.new
to test modif validation.
a command line that apply these modification would be appreciated.

this forum have been of a good help for me. Documentation on wiki for V3.3 is light from my point of view.

hope this help.
