Hi,
might be a stupid question but still:

After installing proxmox ontop of a debian jessie based on the wiki, I entered our subscription and added the
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/pve-enterprise.list

Can I or should I remove the /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pve-install-repo.list which is still listing the
pve-no-subscription repository?

Thanks!

Yes, it does not make sense to have both repositories enabled, because that would effectively mean you are only using pve-no-subscription. See https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Package_repositories for what the different repositories contain, and how they are related to eachother.
