qnap os on proxmox is slow

i create VM with QNAP OS but is very very slow
i have use QNAP-BOOT-EN-v1.00.img file (one recovery qnap os)

my VM
do not use any media
machine q35
bus ide 0
size 16 gb
two core
ram 6144
nic intel e1000
