Qemu/KVM Templates

Hi,
I several times sow text "Qemu/KVM Templates".
Is it possible to create templates for KVM?
If yes then How can I do it?

When KVM/QEMU templates are still NOT implemented, then I wonder that under PVE 1.3 this header is seen on the "template download page"

Has this option been implemented as yet for Proxmox's KVM Virtualisation?? This is a feature I would really like to see implemented soon.
