[SOLVED] Proxmox local-lvm stops when 2 servers in a cluster of 3 dies?

I have 3 servers in the cluster, each server has-
1. 2 HDD hard drive and hardware Raid 1 for local storage and os storage
2. 1 SSD for Ceph use for HA.

I have 2 VMs in local-lvm(ext4) and 2 in Ceph storage.

My Ceph HA is working fine, it only fails when 2 out of 3 servers die.

However I noticed, that it is true that Ceph will stop working, but why do my VMs on local-lvm on the 1 remaining running server also stop working? I tried to start manually but it gave me some "corpus error". My question is why HA system is impacting my local storage?

Is there any issue with the configuration or type of storage I have used as a local storage?

1 node does not have over half of the 3 expected votes, that requires at least 2 running nodes. Please read about quorum: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#_quorum

Thanks...I got it because it is already a part of a cluster.
