Proxmox in Azure?

Has anyone had any luck getting proxmox to run in Azure, as some of the machine types support nested VT.

I tried to install it on bullseye but it got as far as installing ifupdown and then dropped the VM off the network.
I was hoping to setup a Lab cluster on Azure for playing with Pve-Ceph

I'm unfamiliar with Azure, but e.g. Oracle Cloud offers a serial terminal to your VM so that you can repair stuff if it's not available in a networked configuration.
I suppose the PVE install will setup a brdige and that cuts of the internet of your VM.

I think I'll just setup a homelab instead, it's probably easier to do it on physical tin.
