Proxmox 5.4
pve-manager/5.4-15/d0ec33c6 (running kernel: 4.15.18-30-pve)
(I know the version is old, but the server is in Africa, in the middle of nowhere, and I am 8000 km away.)
This equipment has been running for at least 6 years. 24/7, 365 days a year.
The internet connection was 10 Mbit/s (fast for that area) and always worked very well.
A week ago, the ISP increased the speed to 20Mb.
I've asked trusted friend to connect is laptop to the cable that connects fro isp router to the server, and he get 20 Mbit/s download and 20 Mbit/s upload.
But when I test the speed from the Proxmox server, any virtual machine, or even any machine on the local network, I always get less than 10 Mbit/s.
Can anyone help me here?
