Hi,

first, sorry for my english.

I have a problem with my Proxmox 1.9.

I have two IP Network

AAA.BBB.46.192/27 with Gateway AAA.BBB.46.193 and Mask 255.255.255.224
and
AAA.BBB.48.128/27 with Gateway AAA.BBB.48.129and Mask 255.255.255.224

I have 4 OpenVZ Container with venet Interfaces in the network AAA.BBB.46.192/27 also Proxmox has an IP in this network.

Now i have used all my IPs from this Network and need a new OpenVZ Container.

How can i configure that the new VM has an IP from the second Network?

When i make ifconfig on the new VM they output:
inet addr: AAA.BBB.48.133
P-t-P: AAA.BBB.48.133
Bcast: 0.0.0.0
Mask: 255.255.255.0 (but the correct have to 255.255.255.224)

And i cant ping the VM or cant Ping google for example from the VM.

can somebody help me?

thanks
Nico

post you current /etc/network/interfaces

and do not mask you IP´s - this makes it harder to understand.
