Problems with L8200A (Asus Tuff X570 Plus Ethernet Adapter)

After giving up on PROXMOX on my B450, I've decided to try it on my Asus Tuf X570, but after install there is NO CONNECTION from PROXMOX.

Just for testing purposes, I've decided to install Debian 11 (net installer and Plasma DE) to make sure if this is a Debian issue, but it works fine.

Also tried to install PROXMOX over Debian 11 with Kernel 6.2 and ethernet has gone, so I'm assuming it's a PROXMOX configuration.

Ethernet and cables are working fine under other OS's.

So, how can I find out the problem and enable it in proper way?

Shot in the dark: can you ping 8.8.8.8? if ping 8.8.8.8 returns something like

Code:
PING 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=1 ttl=54 time=13.1 ms
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=2 ttl=54 time=13.1 ms
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=3 ttl=54 time=13.1 ms
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=4 ttl=54 time=13.1 ms
64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=5 ttl=54 time=13.1 ms

instead of timing out, then it is a DNS issue.
