Hi everyone,

I'm actually trying to build a Proxmox cluster of HP DL380 G5 (kind of old school but effective...) and, following Ceph instructions, I just made a RAID 1 for my OS (Proxmox) partition and let others drives free, in no RAID.

The problem is that they are not showing in my proxmox host

How should I proceed to make them accessible and add them to ceph ? Thanks !

Are you sure that I have to make 6 RAID 0 ? (1 per drive)

Performance is not a problem actually, it's only for testing purpose :)

Yes until you setup some form of raid on the HP controller it will not pass through the disk to the OS.

Make 6 indvidual Raid 0 (1 per a drive) in the HP Raid setup and Promox will then see these.

Okay ! Thanks for your answer, have a good christmas ! :)
