NUC12WSKi3 for proxmox

Hey, I need a bit of advice here for my home server. Currently I'm running Proxmox on a 2014 PC with a Intel Pentium G3240 on a Asrock B85M PRO4 mainboard. This does the job fine, but I want something new. Also, the hardware is almost 10 years old now, so it's time for something new. I found the Intel NUC12WSKi3 NUC. Now I'm wondering: will this be a good fit for my use case? I'm currently running:

  1. 4 VMs
  2. All VMs run Ubuntu server 22,.04 LTS
  3. All VMs run a couple of docker containers
  4. Mostly websites, miniflux, caddy, NAS, postgres, etc.
  5. So no media rendering/transcoding necessary
Will this small NUC be a good fit for me? What do you think? The reason I chose for this one is due to the fact that it has a fast 2.5Gbps network card, so I can upgrade my home network later on.

I also am wondering what the average power consumption would be. Anybody experiences with this NUC?
